WOLFGANG PRODUCT WARRANTY 
MATERIALS & WORKMANSHIP – All of our products are made to the highest standards using only the finest materials and manufacturing processes. Our warranty covers flaws in workmanship and materials (not including naturally occurring attributes of our leathers or damage from chewing) that occur during normal use. Send the flawed product back to us and we’ll replace it with the same or comparable model. Contact us at  info@wolfgangusa.com to initiate the warranty process and if possible send photos of the product in question (in some cases returning the product may not be necessary). DO NOT DISCARD FLAWED OR BROKEN PRODUCTS…WE WILL NEED TO SEE THE PRODUCT TO DETERMINE IF IT IS ELIGIBLE FOR WARRANTY.  IF YOUR DOG HAS CHEWED THE WEBBING, LEATHER, OR BUCKLE, SEE THE LOYALTY WARRANTY BELOW. 

LOYALTY WARRANTY
Your dog may be the smartest and best little angel ever to walk the earth, but even the best of them can chew something up from time to time. If the little bundle of joy chews through a Wolfgang leash or collar, just send it back to us (or email us a picture of the damaged goods) and we’ll issue you a code to replace it at half price. Sounds good to us.

RETURNS
Wolfgang Man & Beast will gladly accept a return for any product purchased through this website, provided that is still in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging. Please note shipping charges are not covered.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange and item for a different size or style, simply initiate a return and then place a new order for the items you would like. Your new order will go out immediately, then as soon as we receive the returned item you will receive a refund (less shipping charges).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Keep in mind the recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, VAT, port handling fees and other customs charges. Please see your local rates for duties, taxes, VAT, port handling fees.

START THE PROCESS:
To initiate the warranty/return process please email us at info@wolfgangusa.com. To help expedite the process, please indicate the reason for the warranty/return, your name and address, and your order # (found on your confirmation email or packing slip). We will process your request within 48 hours of receiving it (excluding weekends). You will receive an email with instructions to complete the process.

Wolfgang Man & Beast will issue any refunds you are entitled to within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends).  However, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable, except if you qualify for the “Wolfgang Product Warranty”.

    We bought a collar & leash from your booth at the GoPro Mointain Games in Vail last Saturday, to take home to our dog, Guinness (female black lab), as a consolation prize for not getting to go with us. The collar fits beautifully, but the leash disconnected from the collar within minutes, under no strain whatsoever. Upon closer exam, we noticed that the “pull-back lever” on the connector wobbles and does not make a secure connection.
    We are happy to know that your products are made in America (rather than China as is typical), and hope that this defect is a rare exception.
    Please reply with instructions for getting a replacement leash ASAP. Guinness looks fine in her new collar but needs the coordinating leash to complete the look!

    Just received collar and leash today. Just love the quality and feel of the leather and would recommend to anyone. But, due to my poor measurement of my dogs neck I ordered the collar too big. I ordered the Latigo leather collar (brown) in a large (1 inch wide and 18-22 inche long) and need a medium. Am I able to return just the collar in exchange for a medium? If so, can you forward instructions to return?
