WOLFGANG PRODUCT WARRANTY
MATERIALS & WORKMANSHIP – All of our products are made to the highest standards using only the finest materials and manufacturing processes. Our warranty covers flaws in workmanship and materials (not including naturally occurring attributes of our leathers) that occur during normal use. Send the flawed product back to us and we’ll replace it with the same or comparable model.
Your dog may be the smartest thing to ever walk the earth, but even the best of them can chew something up from time to time. If the little bundle of joy chews through a Wolfgang leash or collar, just send it back to us (or email us a picture of the damaged goods) and we’ll issue you a code to replace it at half price. Sounds good to us.
Wolfgang Man & Beast will gladly accept a return for any product purchased through this website, provided that is still in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging. Please note shipping charges are not covered.
If you wish to exchange and item for a different size or style, simply initiate a return and then place a new order for the items you would like. Your new order will go out immediately, then as soon as we receive the returned item you will receive a refund (less shipping charges).
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Keep in mind the recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, VAT, port handling fees and other customs charges. Please see your local rates for duties, taxes, VAT, port handling fees.
START THE PROCESS:
To initiate the warranty/return process please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To help expedite the process, please indicate the reason for the warranty/return, your name and address, and your order # (found on your confirmation email or packing slip). We will process your request within 48 hours of receiving it (excluding weekends). You will receive an email with instructions to complete the process.
Wolfgang Man & Beast will issue any refunds you are entitled to within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends). However, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable, except if you qualify for the “Wolfgang Product Warranty”.
