Exchange and Return Policy Frequently Asked Questions 

What items are returnable? 

  • Items purchased within the past 30 days.
  • Items in unused and sellable condition.

What are my return options? 

  • REDO covers exchanges and store credit when selected at checkout
  • Refund: Items purchased within the past 30 days. *Please note* - Refunds are charged a restocking/return label fee (calculated in Return Portal).
  • Store credit: Items that are purchased within the past 60 days. *Please note* - Store credit requests receive a 5% bonus on order value on their store credit.
  • Wolfgang now provides exchanges and returns for store credit on Canadian orders through Redo!  Returns for refund will still incur a return shipping fee. 
  • Wolfgang does not provide return shipping on international orders outside of Canada.  To return items from your international order please email your request to info@wolfgangusa.com. 

What items are non-refundable? 

  • Gift cards
  • Shipping fees on orders
     

How do I return?

Can I exchange for another size?

Yes! Our return system now allows you to exchange items regardless of changes in price or size. Once a return request is processed in our Return Portal you will receive a return shipping label.  As soon as the tracking number on that return label registers as "In Transit", you will receive an invoice via email for any difference in price between the returned item and the item you are getting in exchange.  Once that invoice is paid, your exchange order will ship quickly, and you will receive new tracking information shortly after that is shipped.


What if the item I received is damaged!

It is exceptionally rare for our products to arrive damaged!  If the purchased product does arrive damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date via email at info@wolfgangusa.com.  Please provide photos of the damaged item, and we will take steps to get that resolved for you.

 

How do I ship items back to Wolfgang?

Please start your return at our Return Center. Refer to the email you’ll receive after submitting your return request, which will provide a return shipping label and any specific instructions needed.

 

My dog ate my Wolfgang product!!! What do I do now?

We’re not going to judge them…or you! Wolfgang offers an industry-leading Loyalty Warranty program to keep you in the gear you love! Send an email to info@WolfgangUSA.com with Loyalty Warranty in the Subject line. Include a photo of the damaged item and you’ll receive a code for 50% off a replacement item!

 

After returning something, how soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email with the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days. Your bank’s refund process time will vary, and, of course, Wolfgang will have no control inside the bank’s system.
