- Items purchased within the past 30 days.
- Items in unused and sellable condition.

- Refund: Items purchased within the past 30 days.
- Store credit: Items that are purchased within the past 60 days.
What items are non-refundable?
- Gift cards.
- Discounted items (if applicable).
How do I return?
Can I exchange for another size?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for size variants that are in-stock (price differences may apply). Once your exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
What if the item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product arrives damaged, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
How do I ship items back to Wolfgang?
Refer to the email you’ll receive after submitting your return request.
My dog ate my Wolfgang product!!! What do I do now?
We’re not going to judge them…or you! Wolfgang offers an industry-leading Loyalty Warranty program to keep you in the gear you love! Send an email to info@WolfgangUSA.com with Loyalty Warranty in the Subject line. Include a photo of the damaged item and you’ll receive a code for 50% off a replacement item!
After returning something, how soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email with the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days. Your bank’s refund process time will vary, and, of course, Wolfgang will have no control inside the bank’s system.
