HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business day (excluding weekends), but can take longer based on product availability. Under certain circumstances, and with ongoing disruptions caused by COVID-19 and other factors, orders may take up to 5 business days to process prior to shipping. Delays with parcel carriers once an order has left Wolfgang are outside of our control.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR ORDERS?
$6.75 for USPS First Class or DHL, 5-7 shipping business day (don't forget to factor in processing timelines) & $15.00 for USPS Priority 2-3 business day (Priority Mail is only available during the winter holidays). Orders over $60 qualify for free domestic standard USPS shipping (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Please note the processing times quoted above.

WHY DOES MY PRODUCT LOOK DIFFERENT FROM THE ONES IN THE PHOTOS?
Due to the long artwork repeat of certain styles, your individual item will likely look different from the same products' photos…this is what makes each item unique!
Some prints have a Side-A (outside) print and Side-B (inside) print which do not match...this is one of the things that makes Wolfgang extra rad. Collars will have Side-A on the exterior and Side-B will only be visible on the inside...leashes show both sides of these amazing prints.
