GIFT CARDS are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. Our GIFT CARD has no processing fees, and any shipping charged covers shipping on the redeeming order.

For a printed GIFT CARD:

  1. Right click product image. Save image. Print it.
  2. During checkout, enter your own email (not recipient's).
  3. Write in $ amount and code you receive in email after purchase onto the printed GIFT CARD.
  4. Deliver the printed GIFT CARD to the recipient...you'll make two people happy, even if one of those people is a dog!

For an email GIFT CARD:

  1. Forward the code along with our website info, WolfgangUSA.com, to the recipient.
  2. They will enter the code at checkout and receive your gift!

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR ORDERS?

$5.00 for USPS First Class, 5-7 shipping business days (don't forget to factor in processing timelines) & $15.00 for USPS Priority 2-3 business days (Priority Mail is only available during the winter holidays). Orders over $50 qualify for free standard USPS shipping. Please note 2 business days for processing and handling.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Keep in mind the recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, VAT, port handling fees and other customs charges. Please see your local rates for duties, taxes, VAT, and port handling fees.

Orders of in-stock items will ship within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. under certain circumstances, and with ongoing disruptions caused by COVID-19, orders may take up to 5 business days to process prior to shipping. We have seen further delays with most parcel carriers in 2020, which are, of course, outside of our control.

Due to the long artwork repeat of certain styles, your individual item will likely look different from the same products photos... this is what makes each item unique!

Some prints have a Side-A (outside) print and Side-B (inside) print, which do not match... this is one of the things that makes Wolfgang extra rad. Collars will have Side-A on the exterior, and Side-B will only be visible on the inside... leashes show both sides of these amazing prints.

We try to process orders as quickly as possible; due to this flow, we cannot guarantee to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. If we are not able to change your order, we will help with an exchange.
